Founded in 1929, Parker Majestic is dedicated to the design, manufacture and development of precision grinding machines and spindles for the machine tool and manufacturing industries. We have earned a worldwide reputation for durability, reliability and longevity. Our experience, product and facilities provide customers across the globe with an optimum solution for every application, contributing to greater machine uptime and guaranteed reliability.

We apply individual craftsmanship and highly specialized knowledge to all stages of manufacturing. Over 25% of Parker Majestic’s workforce possess 20+ years of service and experience in the machine tool industry. In addition, we maintain an active apprenticeship program, ensuring that this knowledge and skill level is carried on to following generations.

Parker Majestic was purchased by Penn United Technology of Saxonburg, Pa. in June of 2001. Parker Majestic was moved to Butler, Pa. in that same month. This move has enabled Parker Majestic to introduce a new line of CNC surface and ID/OD grinders. This move has also enabled Parker Majestic to be very price competitive in the marketplace.

Precision Spindles
Parker Majestic's experienced sales team will work hand in hand with the engineering staff and customers for special applications. We provide a comprehensive proposal and design service that ensures the final design is the best one to meet customer's and end user's exact requirements.

Parker Majestic precision spindles provide the ultimate precision product. With over 60,000 precision spindles distributed worldwide we understand the global needs of our customers. Spindles now in operation are holding true location on up to 6 spindles in a temperature-controlled cluster to +/-0.0002". Many of our motorized and box spindles have been running in rugged metal cutting operations for decades at a time.

High speed aluminum and magnesium machining and the rapid advances in tooling technology have resulted in customer demand for higher spindle speeds while maintaining reliability and uptime. Parker Majestic's ongoing R&D programs have met and surpassed today's requirements while laying the ground work for the future.

All applications have theoretical bearing life calculations carried out on our L10 bearing life software package. When warranted, our engineers conduct finite element analysis for verification of the spindle as well as the spindle and tool interaction, which is so vital to a successful installation. Engineers use the latest and most powerful mechanical engineering CAD packages available.

Precision Grinding Machines
Parker Majestic's standard product design has stood the test of time and been upgraded to offer the latest in control and precision technology. Our skill and technology in precision scraping, bearing application and precision spindles all come together to give customers machines that grind to finish and size quickly and easily. Many of our customers are holding print tolerances of less than 0.000050" on carbide punches and die segments.

Our dedication to controls technology has lead to the development of easy-to-use automation packages that allow your skilled grinding technician to triple his output and quadruple diamond wheel life. One of our latest CNC technology designs uses a Windows-based built-in or customized user interface.

Customer satisfaction is our first priority. Even in emergency situations, you can rely on us to be available within hours. Parker Majestic offers training for grinding techniques, control operations and precision spindle remanufacturing both in-house and on-site. We also supply spare parts for machines and spindles built today and over 50 years ago.
