| Number 1 & 2 Cylindrical Grinders
Superior
Quality, Consistent Performance and Built to Last

Designed and built for long life and shop floor productivity,
Parker Majestics No. 1 & 2 Cylindrical Grinders
are easy to set-up, offer user-friendly operation and provide
superior accuracy at an affordable price.
Quality . . . Designed-In from the Start
Parker Majestics commitment to quality is evident in
every component we manufacture from our machine bases to high-precision
spindles. Each machine is constructed from hand-scraped cast
iron to provide excellent durability and years of accurate,
reliable operation. Parker Majestics design engineers
carefully integrate heavy-duty ribbing and vibration dampening
slideways into every system. Our 73 year reputation for accuracy
and dependability makes our grinders the first choice for
demanding applications requiring superior performance. Ask
your sales engineers about any customization you may need
for your special application.
Precision
Grinding Spindles
Parker Majestics complete line of precision spindles
and complimenting tooling options offers solutions to the
most difficult and demanding applications. As a leading manufacturer
of precision spindles, we build spindles with ABEC 7 or better
class bearings that are accurately balanced and vibration-tested
to rigorous laboratory standards.
Workheads . . . Consistent and Reliable
As a manufacturer of precision spindles, Parker Majestic is
known throughout the industry for our ability to produce workheads
that consistently deliver accurate part holding. In fact,
beyond manufacturing workheads for our own line of machines,
we design and build workheads for other industry OEMs as well.
So, whether youre chucking large solid carbide dies
or small delicate parts, you know that you can count on Parker
Majestics heads for less than .000040" (.001 mm)
T.I.R. Our workheads also allow for a variety of workholding
techniques. A dead center drive is provided for external grinding
between centers, and chucks or face plates can be mounted
for part chucking. Additionally, a 5C collet taper is ground
into the shaft for the convenience of collet chucking.
