Major system components are made from stress relieved ribbed cast iron. For the utmost rigidity all major system slide ways are hand scraped iron or hardened ground linear bearing way systems. These systems provide minimum static and running friction and reliable service years after other grinders are worn out.

Accuracy With The Turn Of The Dial Or Automated Command
Whether using the handwheel or CNC controlled motion to do the job, you can rely on this grinding system to hold 0.0001" tolerances with ease. CNC utilizes AC brushless servo motor with Smart Drive Controls. An easy to use menu-prompting control guides the operator through the set-up. These accurate and repeatable motion control systems command superb size control.

Convenience And Accessibility
The open access to part loading provides flexibility when special fixtures are required. Work holding devices include magnetic chucks, vacuum chucks, and other special fixtures as well. The built in coolant systems provides optimum part finish and size control. Digital display readouts can be installed for operator convenience.

Automatic Cycle Features
The Full Automatic Cycle is programmed by answering a series of questions that are displayed on an LCD. After programming a cycle, the operator can load a part, press START and machine will run the cycle through to completion
