Parker
Majestic offers an extensive service and support package.
Part of the core spindle business is reconditioning / refurbishing
offering comprehensive rebuilds of all types and makes of
precision spindles. Extensive bearing stocks allow rapid turnarounds.
The same care, quality and attention to detail is paid to
rebuilds as to new equipment and spindles are rebuilt to "as
new" standards with critical features brought back to
original tolerances. The same run testing, inspection and
vibration checks are applied to the finished rebuilt product
as are applied to a new spindle. A strip down evaluation is
presented for each rebuilt spindle with "root cause"
analysis whenever possible.
A
recent example of Parker Majestics ability to respond
to a customers requirements involved the Ford Van Dyke
T&C plant. A spindle failure occurred resulting in a complete
line stoppage. No back up spares existed, so Ford requested
that Parker Majestic rebuild the spindle. Eight hours later
the line was back in production with a rebuilt spindle.
Service
support is available from Parker Majestics pool of experienced
spindle assembly technicians, who are all experienced in on-site
work and fault analysis. Rapid response is always available
with portable vibration analysis equipment to pinpoint problems.
Machine acceptance reviews are also offered to customers to
ensure correct installation and operation. This is in conjunction
with a full package of cross section drawings, recommended
spares lists, maintenance, installation and operating instructions
supplied for inclusion in the machine builders operating manuals.
Training
sessions are available at our facility in Butler, Pennsylvania,
including both classroom lectures by our senior engineers
and hands-on spindle room fitting experience working with
our spindle builders.

products, featuring the same quality of service offered with
initial purchases.
