Power Table Surface Grinder Retrofit Package
Still cranking handwheels? This
retrofit will reduce the labor and fatigue of manual table
reciprocation and allow the operator to have constant speed
control and reciprocation control.
This option will be able to be installed by the customer with
minor setup instructions. This option will give the operator
of a manual machine the following:
1. The ability to move the machine left and right with
the electronic handwheel.
2. Be able to type to adjust table speed as desired
3. Set the left and right positions that this will oscillate
between by:

Moving it to the left and define the [Left position button] |

Moving it to the right and define the [Right position
button] |

4. After setting those two positions, press the start button
and the table will move left and right much like a CNC.
5. The operator will then be able to enter speeds while it is
running
6. Emergency Stop, this will also be on the front panel for
safety.
